Senior Corporate Advisor

Advise international investors, structure mainland/freezone entities, and manage client bank pre-screening and license clearances.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Advisor with a track record of structuring companies inside the DED and major free zones. You will lead client strategy sessions, guide documentation sets, and maintain relationship structures with banking and government PRO agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on activity codes, share mappings, and local corporate structures.
  • Draft Articles of Association, share certificates, and agent covenants.
  • Liaise with Dubai Customs, free zone authorities, and corporate relationship bankers.
  • Maintain active updates on UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of corporate advisory or company formation experience in Dubai.
  • Deep knowledge of DED Mainland licensing and major Free Zones (DMCC, IFZA).
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (English is required; Arabic is highly preferred).
  • Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
