These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of corporate formation, business setup, legal advisory, and accounting services by our firm in Dubai. By accessing our site or retaining our advisory services, you agree to these parameters.
Our firm assists with drafting legal MoAs, submitting license registrations, and liaising with UAE registrars (DED, free zone authorities). While we provide pre-screenings for corporate bank accounts, final approval is subject to bank compliance policies.
Advisory retainers and government registrar deposits are due in advance. Because government filing costs are non-refundable, payments for issued licenses or processing milestones cannot be refunded once submitted.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
